Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Hence, Hairbee Refund and Exchange policy is to facilitate the customers in the following cases.

 

If the customer receives the wrong item

  • Customer will share the order receipt on the WhatsApp number 0332 4798291.
  • Staff will verify the receipt in 24 hours.
  • After the positive verification, Hairbee will deliver the right ordered product to the customer within 3 working days.
  • Upon the delivery correct or desired product (in the first order), our delivery team will collect the wrong product, but it should only be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If the customer receives the desired product but still wants to exchange or avial the refund

  • In this case, the customer will dispatch us the product and bear the courier   charges.
  • The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
  • The product should be sealed in its original product packaging.
  • The refund request should be made on the WhatsApp number 0332 4798291 within the first 7 days of receipt of the delivery package
  • We will expedite exchange or refund once we have received and inspected the product.
  • Once the product is received by us, we will expedite exchange or refund.

 If the Customer receives damaged product

  • Customers may claim refund if they receive damaged goods however they must provide video proof of the PRODUCT ON THE whatsapp number 0332 4798291
  • Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good.
  • If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled to a refund.
